How do you reach hidden chest in Sepulchre of Dragrimmar
I see it, I have the light of what ever with me, but I can't seem to unlock or break anything open to reach it, it's just behind the kinship lock on the south eastern side.

Keep checking the dungeon, you'll probably find a hidden level that opens a doorway someplace that'll let you get to it.

Did you try re-casting Light at that spot?

Well there isn't any light spot, there is just a locked chest way off in the grey area with no visible path to it.

Cast Light of Deldrimor once when you enter a dungeon, and it will mark your map with a little blue flame. Go to that area on the map and re-cast Light of Deldrimore to unlock the secret.
